How to Use DM Send

Step 1. Create account and install WebAgent

(optional) Step 2. Find influencer

(optional) Step 3. Draft DM

Step 4. Send DM

1. Start a new run or reuse previous run of “TikTok- Direct Message Send”. See [1], [2]

2. Provide accounts and drafts to send with and click “Start”



The draft CSV is what you exported from Step 3
The TikTok account CSV you can create in the follow schema

*If you see recapture during TikTok login, you need to resolve it manually.

3. you can check the result of send by click the “report” Icon (same as in step 2 and 3)

2. I see recapture on screen, what should I do?
You need to manually resolve recapture and WebAgent will continue automatically. Otherwise WebAgent will just be paused and waiting for you.

3. Can I use the chrome browser to do other things while WebAgent is working?
Please keep the working tab active. (Do not switch to other tab in the same windows where you are running WebAgent extension. )
You can minimize the chrome window where WebAgent is running.
You can overlay other chrome windows on top of the one WebAgent is running You can open a new chrome window for other activities.

4. How to avoid sending the same influencer multiple messages of the same topic
You can control this by make sure the influencer CSV file do not contain the influencer you already send DM.
